Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig on September 21 in 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. She was born in Worthington in Ohio. She dropped out of high school after her parents separated to go into Los Angeles to live with her mother. Even though she had financial difficulties and in the beginning, she made her acting debut acting as Rachel's Room's primary character. In 2002, she was nominated for an Young Artist Award with her part as the 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley. In 2004, Grace was cast as Shannon Rutherford in the television show Lost in which she was the main cast member for the first two seasons. She was also awarded an award called the Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the cast of the ensemble.
